Although it’s called “honey processed” there’s no bee honey in this organic coffee from Haiti’s Sud-Est region. In contrast to fully-washed cofffee, honey processed coffee beans are dried with their sticky mucilage layer still on, resulting in a complex and delicious cup while using less water to produce.

This coffee has compelling caramel and chocolate notes with a rich syrupy body.

Packaged in Biotre bags made from 60% biodegradable renewable wood pulp and 40% special polyethylene.
